  1. And that’s mostly a bunch of “meh”s for me. Nothing in that list screams must buy. I’ll probably give Soule’s Daredevil a try, but my expectations are not high. A new Vision series sounds great, but Tom King is an unknown quantity for me.

Will probably get Howling Commandos for Barbiere. Maybe give Angela another shot or sample Williamson’s Illuminati book . . .

Dude is great but yeah I’m not all that excited for a lot of these. Lemire on X-Men should be cool, Vision, DD, Illuminati & Howling Comandos are all def pick ups for me.

      1. Well, to be fair, when I said “unknown quantity” I meant “heard good things about him, but haven’t actually read his stuff.” So, while that puts the Vision book on my radar, doesn’t make it a must-buy.

I agree that Lemire should be a good fit for a X-book, but it’s not a franchise I’m that into at that moment. Though I might check out his Old Man Logan . . .

  2. So , I guess they aren’t killing off the Xmen books for a while (like FF). I think Al Ewing can do some good work with this. Josh Williamson, in the big leagues i see!

  3. OK, more info:

Good to see confirmation that Nova is continuing; hopefully the new creative team can keep up the quality.

Spencer on Captain America? Could be interesting. Will probably just stick with Ant-Man though for my monthly Spencer . . .

At what point will Marvel admit that “New” Avengers makes no sense as a title anymore?

James Robinson writing Scarlet Witch should be worth a look.

Carnage? Um, yeah, whatever, moving on . . .

    Nothing on Guardians 3000? Hmmm, Hope that’s not a bad sign . . .

And it seems Cosmo still won’t be able to read Guardians of the Galaxy. Bad Bendis, bad Bendis . . .
