February is Black History month and with all this talk about diversity with comic creators I’ve decided to celebrate current African American creators that are making some of the best and most vital comic work right now. For our first installment I’ll be discussing Johnnie Christmas
Fan favorite creator owned series Sheltered by writer Ed Brisson of Comeback, Murderbook and the upcoming 24 comic adaptation and illustrator Johnnie Christmas of Continuum and Spectre of Sound will be adapted into a feature film set to be released in 2015. Read more at the Hollywood Reporter
